To Download:  If you pay by credit card, your download will show up immediately on your account page.  Paypal users must have their download released by us, so please allow up to 24 hours.  You have 7 days and 5 attempts to download your item — if you have a problem, please email us and we’ll make sure you receive the file.

If you order a physical copy, it will be sent via US First Class Mail. If you order the paper version to be mailed to you, there are a few personality glitches that our shopping cart will display.  First, in order to charge you reasonable shipping for a single printed item, we have  included an extra $1.00 shipping in the price.  The item itself is designated free shipping, so if you have only paper instructions and no other items, you will be told upon checkout that your only shipping option is store pickup.  Ignore this, we will mail your items to you.  Please let us know if you have any problems!
